Began playing violin and piano at the age of 8.

Educated at The Barratt Dues Musikkinstitutt in Oslo.

Continued studies with Professor Leif Jørgensen.

University-level degree at Østlandets Musikkonservatorium in violin, viola and piano.
Several master classes and studies abroad.

Repeated performances with the Youth Symphony Orchestra under Karsten Andersen.

Performances with The Norwegian Opera Company, The National Theatre, The Norwegian Broadcasting Orchestra as well as most of the major orchestras in Norway.

Performed in countless TV and radio programs as soloist and supporting artists such as Kiri Te Kanawa, Shirley Bassey and The Three Tenors.

stablished in 1988 the female string quartet Strings Unlimited, now known as Sophisticated Strings.

Sophisticated Strings brings an untraditional image and repertoire to the traditional quartet format. Performances vary from informal social gatherings to prestigious royal galas. Highlights include concerts for the Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The 1994 Winter Olympics at Liilehammer.

Engaged to entertain for Norwegian and multinational concerns including: SAS Norsk Hydro, Telenor/Bravida, Siemens, Ford, Eurojuris, DNB Shipping, Alpharma, Europay, Finansbanken.

Live performances and studio recording with artists such as Singer Sissel Kyrkjbø (Universal), Internationally renowned trumpetist Ole Edvard Antonsen (plateselskap?), aHa vocalist Morten Harket, Country Artist Emmylou Harris (more complete listing on following page).

Tours with pianist Richard Clayderman, Norwegian Singer-Songwriter Jan Eggum and Norwegian singer Elisabeth Andreassen.

Studio recording of several films, films-for-TV and commercials.
Released a CD of Beatles songs in 1997, recorded at Abbey Road Studio in London (CNR).

Performed on live TV transmissions of the Nobel Peace Prize Concert, The Norwegian and International Finals of the Eurovision Song Contest, Hit Awards, Trade Awards in New York, etc.
